It's a Family Affair

Kenny Neu

President/CEO

Kenny started in the industry in 1980 as a laborer, worked his way up to general superintendent, then eventually bought the company in 2002. He was born and raised in San Jose. His father, uncles, cousins, and sons are all in the industry. Yep. Family affair.

Jake Neu

Working his way up in the trenches

Jake is living every kid's dream – including his own – playing in dirt and driving tractors. He's not quite ready to manage any part of the business because he's learning the ropes, but he still likes to say he's in the driver's seat. And that he is. He's set the direction he wants to go, and it's pedal to the metal.

Buck Neu

VP/Operations Manager

Buck was born and raised in the Bay Area and worked summers for his dad before graduating with a B.S. in Construction Engineering Management from Arizona State University in 2008. He joined the company in 2017 to work alongside his dad and brother – oh, and uncles and cousins.
