So while, we don't take our hard hat off to our guys (because OSHA says no), we do show respect.

It's isn't easy working with hot asphalt under the hot sun. It's a hard job that should be rewarded with great pay, benefits and a lot of respect.

Clearly our employees think we deliver because some of them have been with us for over 20 years. They've made a career out of working for ASI, and so can you. 

Here's what we're looking for:

• Laborer – duties vary from general site cleanup, traffic control, lifting heavy materials, placement of asphalt, sealcoat, and concrete. Bi-lingual is a plus. Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Operator – 5+ years’ experience operating an asphalt paver, backhoe, skid steer, skip loader, scraper, motor grader and asphalt roller. Bi-lingual is a plus. Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Cement Mason – 5+ years’ experience setting forms and placement / finishing of concrete. Bi-lingual is a plus. Must have a valid driver’s license.
